The precision blender UNIblend A 81 sets the highest standard for multi-component blending with an accuracy featuring less than 1% deviation. The UNIblend A 81 enables up to four different carding lines to be supplied with different blends.

Economy

With a maximum production output of 1 000 kilograms per hour, the UNIblend A 81 offers a high production. The A 81 allows an economic production of special yarns from very rare and expensive fibers, dyed cotton or extreme blends (e.g. 98% to 2%). The A 81 utilizes only the necessary amount of expensive materials required to ensure the functionality of the yarn.

Recycled fibers are fed into the blend in small, precisely defined volumes. By optimizing raw material costs through the use of recycled fibers and precise blending, the A 81 allows optimization of the material costs.

In addition, compared to draw frame blending, tuft blending on the UNIblend saves a draw frame passage.

Quality

At the heart of the UNIblend A 81 is a sophisticated metering system that ensures an even material flow for consistent yarn production.

A deviation in the blending ratios of less than 1% is guaranteed which ensures a very high yarn quality. This ensures a homogeneous fabric appearance in the end product even with difficult color combinations or dyes.

Flexibility

The UNIblend A 81 caters to all kinds of applications – from cotton to man-made fibers to recycled fibers – and thus encourages creativity in yarn production. The batch size function increases flexibility and enables precise blends from 1 kg to 28 000 kg. With this function, the A 81 ensures efficiency and adaptability in all production processes.

The A 81 is available with two to eight blending modules, each with an output range of 3 to 300 kg/h. The precision blender is able to produce four different blends with the same components, allowing it to adapt quickly to fashion trends.
