Profiles
Conical
The conical profile of the ring allows a perfect matching with J-shaped travelers to spin wool, acrylic, cashmere and blends in the medium to coarse yarn count range. The vibro-polished ring surface with low roughness offers a smooth traveler run and low yarn hairiness. The proofing lubricating system, with 100% selected wool wicks, assures a uniform and even yarn tension.
Vertical
Twisting is done with vertical HZ rings and NYLTEX or STEELTEX travelers. Selected sintered materials with high hardness ensure consistent traveler path while the surface smoothness and low roughness support regular yarn tension. The uniform porosity allows proper oil flow.
