GÜLLE Entegre Tekstil İşletmeleri AŞ, founded in 1970 in Türkiye, operates a fully integrated production chain from yarn production to printing and holds a strong position in both domestic and international textile markets. Aiming to improve fiber yield, the company has employed Graf HYPERTOP flexible flats. HYPERTOP, with its Swiss Engineered tooth shape, has proved to be a powerful tool for optimizing fiber processing, enabling GÜLLE to not only improve fiber retention, but also enhance yarn quality and reduce waste across its operations.

The challenge – optimizing fiber yield without major modifications

Gülle continuously strives to make a positive impact on the environment by optimizing fiber yield in its spinning mill. They were looking for a way to further improve fiber efficiency and reduce waste, while maintaining high yarn quality standards. 

In addition, GÜLLE wanted to ensure that these improvements would fit in with their existing machinery and production infrastructure without requiring major modifications.

Introducing Graf HYPERTOP

Developed in collaboration with Graf engineers and customized for Gülle by our technology team, GÜLLE has adopted HYPERTOP in its fiber production. The HYPERTOP C-60 flexible flat from Graf is designed with a multi-zone setting pattern, which significantly improves fiber control during the carding process, allowing for better fiber alignment and retention. It also reduces waste and ensures consistent yarn quality.
