The ring spinning machine G 37 with the semi-electronic drafting system meets all requirements for an economical yarn production. With highest spindle speeds up to 28 000 rpm the production is increased by 12%. The G 37 consumes minimal energy thanks to energy-efficient components. The established piecing robot ROBOspin delivers consistent performance with minimal personnel deployment.

Economy

With spindle speeds of up to 28 000 rpm, production is increased by 12%. With the High-Speed package (34 mm spinning ring, 16 mm DUI tube/spindle dimension, LENA 28 spindle) the production limits have been considerably extended.

The G 37 uses minimal energy thanks to energy-efficient components such as LENA 28 spindles, IE4 main motors and optimized suction systems including the innovative suction tube ECOrized.

The piecing robot ROBOspin ensures consistent quality of the yarn piecing and a highly productive spinning machine. ROBOspin significantly reduces dependency on work force.

Quality

The integrated individual spindle monitoring system ISM basic monitors the running properties of each spinning position and saves personnel costs.

The quality package Q-Package for cotton decisively improves the fiber guidance between the cradle and the nipping point of the delivery roller. The proven SERVOgrip system makes yarn underwinding for doffing preparation redundant. This reduces fiber fly and ensures high yarn quality.

The add-on system WILDload for the ROBOload allows tubes to be fed without manual handling.

Flexibility

The compacting devices COMPACTdrum, COMPACTapron and COMPACTeasy can simply be plugged in and out for various market requirements. For all machine lengths, the G 37 can be equipped with devices for slub, core, and twin yarn production.

The MMF Q-package simplifies the processing of man-made fibers and blends, therefore improving the performance of the machine. Rieter offers a complete ring spinning system that is designed to process recycled fibers in the best possible way.

    Maximizing the productivity in ring and compact spinning is an enormous challenge for the spinning mills. The Rieter specialists have put together a High-Speed Package, in which the components are optimally matched to one another: LENA 28 spindle + smaller spinning ring with a 34 mm diameter + spinning tubes with smaller DUI of 16 mm. This unique combination is the key for high-speed spinning.
